Our Personal Training programmes  focus predominantly on exercise and the benefits it can have on helping people to  improve their all round physical fitness and mental well-being. 

Physical fitness training is key for those who want to get stronger, improve conditioning, move better, manage stress, feel fitter (physically / mentally), boost self-esteem & confidence, become empowered & body confident, lose fat / gain muscle (change body composition)...etc.  

These are all goals that some of my clients have focused on to feel fitter, healthier, live better and perform to their best ability in all areas of their lives. 

I will help you to identify and refine your goals, assess your base fitness levels and build realistic working training strategies to help you on your path to success in a safe, planned and structured manner.

Level 1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching provides the building blocks for anyone wanting to make positive changes to their life, whether that is to feel better about yourself, gain confidence, lose weight, become leaner, build muscle or perform daily tasks better this is the best place to start.

Our primary objective is to encourage our clients to reach their full potential and perform at their best in their everyday lives by helping them to develop their physical and mental fitness and wellbeing. 

We provide a truly client centered approach, providing a friendly, welcoming, respectful, safe and non-judgmental environment.  

With this in mind we have set up a unique private training facility for the exclusive use of our clients.  It features a new well equipped gym and small secluded outdoor training areas which is ideal for those who are uncertain or not confident enough to train in public yet.  

We also offer a private gym hire option for those who want to train but don't have the facilities at home. This also means that you won’t have to wait for equipment to become free so you can just concentrate on exercising and following your training plan.
