The gym has cardiovascular and resistance based equipment to provide you with the tools required to help you achieve your fitness goals whatever your experience or ability.
It provides an ideal environment for anyone who is new to training or self-conscious about exercising in public as well as the more experienced athletes who want to focus on their programmes without any distractions or waiting for equipment to become available as you will have the whole gym to yourself. If you want to train with a friend or partner you can although space is limited to 2-3 people per session. Gym sessions can be booked in 30 or 60 minute slots throughout the day fitting in with even the busiest schedules.
