Follow a 4 week fitness programme to get you on the right track, this is an ideal package for those new to fitness and want to kick-start their fitness regime and with no long term tie in you can see how working with a personal trainer can help educate and motivate you towards your goals. 

This would also suit individuals who are self-motivated and need less contact with a trainer, you will receive a plan to follow and can check-in whenever you want. 

 

Requires full commitment to the programme to start seeing progress.

 

Recommendation for best results (may vary person to person);

Beginner- 1-3 sessions per week (Fitness Build Up)

Intermediate- 2-4 sessions per week (High Intensity Training)

Experienced (Goal Driven)- 2-5 sessions per week (Mixed HIIT/Resistance Training)

This 12 week fitness programme is ideally suited for someone who has short to mid term goals such as an upcoming event and requires more guidance and support to ensure they reach their target on time.

It is suitable for people of most ages, fitness levels and abilities.

This 24 week option is ideally suited for those looking at achieving mid to long term goals.  It provides continuing education, motivation and support for individuals who are looking to make more significant fitness, health and lifestyle changes. 

This package is also a great fit for someone training for a longer term event such as a wedding, holiday or performance test as it allows a greater focus on the gradual building towards a target and the healthy maintenance once it's reached.

36 week training packaged designed for anyone looking to make a significant long term and consistant change to their fitness, health and lifestyle.  You will receive guidance, education and support on the key areas of exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset needed to help you change and live every aspect of your life to the full. 

This option is suitable for all ages and abilities and should be seen as a way to develop a sustainable physical and mental change that can be carried forward throughout your life.

Monthly Online

The online/mobile personal training option powered by Trainerize allows you to follow a fully customised training programme at a fraction of the cost of a full 1 to 1 package.  For an on going monthly payment (subject to an initial programme fee) you will receive a regularly updated training plan detailing every element of your pre-agreed programme straight to you smart phone or mobile device.  This includes goals, exercise demos, access to an exercise library as well as the ability to plan, check-in and track your sessions down to the number of sets, reps and volume.  The Trainerize App will enpower you to take full control of your exercise regime as it allows you to monitor progress tracking personal bests along your journey.  You also have the added bonus of the support of your trainer no matter where you are.

All the training packages above include access to the Trainerize App to keep you on track with your training programme and allow you to monitor and record progress which will help motivate you towards achieving your goals.  Once you've signed up you also get free access to the PTminder App so you can check in and book sessions at times suitable for you.
